Classical sculpture provides both the inspiration, the discipline and the technique that underpins the work of Coade Design but the company’s founder and principle designer Stephen Pettifer sees this as merely the foundation on which the company can build and add its own expression and creativity.

Stephen’s training and experience gives him the ability to combine a traditional understanding of line, style and form with a modern sensibility towards art and design.

The result is a collection of unique coade stone ornaments and sculpture. In addition Coade Design works with architects and garden designers to create one-off designs for clients.
